Shop Policies

Please review our shop policies below, before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

All items on my website are available to purchase directly through the website if you’re ready to buy without seeing them in person first.

Furniture: Furniture may also be purchased directly through me via Text Message, Instagram or Facebook Marketplace. In-person furniture showings are available by appointment only to serious buyers committed to purchase.

Clothing + Home Goods: Clothing and home goods may also be purchased through Instagram, Poshmark, Depop, or eBay. These items are often not available for in-person viewing or try-ons.

Antique Booth: You can shop my booth #19 at Pismo Pickers Antiques during their normal business hours. This is where I carry exclusive vintage clothing, home goods, and jewelry that are not listed online.

Storefront: I do not have a physical storefront.

How To Buy

First to pay = first served. No holds without full payment. For purchases made outside of this website, payment can be made directly through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless one of the approved situations below applies.

approved exceptions

We may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit only if:

  • your item arrives not as described

  • the wrong item was sent

  • your item is damaged by us during delivery

  • your shipped item arrives damaged in transit

  • you are unable to pick up a non-shippable item after purchase (store credit only)

The following are not eligible reasons for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • clothing, shoes, or accessories do not fit when sizing or measurements were provided

  • furniture or decor does not fit your space when measurements were provided or not requested

  • color, tone, or finish looks slightly different in person due to lighting, editing, screen settings, or natural material variation

  • the item matches the description but does not meet your personal preferences

  • you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout

  • the package is delayed, misdelivered, or lost by the mail carrier, though we are happy to help with an insurance claim when applicable

  • the item is damaged after pickup or delivery

  • you changed your mind

  • you purchased without fully reviewing the photos, description, measurements, or policy details

Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

Vintage / secondhand item condition

Please remember that we sell vintage, secondhand, and pre-loved items. Minor wear, age-related character, and signs of previous use are to be expected unless otherwise noted. We do our best to clearly photograph, describe, and disclose the condition of each item.

Our photos are typically taken indoors using natural lighting. Colors may appear slightly lighter, darker, warmer, or cooler in person depending on the lighting in your home and your screen settings. We do our best to edit photos as true to color as possible, but slight variation should still be expected.

PICKUP + APPOINTMENTS

Pickup is available for all purchased items, including furniture, clothing, home decor, and other goods. Pickup is in Grover Beach, CA. We do not have a physical storefront.

Furniture: Furniture items may be viewed and picked up by appointment - only to serious buyers committed to purchase.

Pickup Timing: All pickup appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day pickups are not guaranteed and are rarely available.

Clothing + Home Goods: Clothing, accessories, and home goods are not available for in-person viewing, but they are available for contactless porch pickup once paid for in full.

DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for furniture only. Delivery starts at $25, and delivery outside Grover Beach is $1 per mile round trip. We deliver furniture throughout California. Help bringing furniture inside may be available for an additional fee. Full payment for the item and delivery is required before delivery.

STORAGE FEES + PICKUP DEADLINES

All paid items must be picked up within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, a $5/day storage fee may apply. If an item is not picked up within 1 month, any refund issued will be in the form of store credit only. Longer hold periods may be considered in some cases, but are not guaranteed.

Shipping

FURNITURE SHIPPING

Furniture is shipped using third-party carriers such as uShip. Buyer is responsible for all furniture shipping costs. Furniture shipping typically starts at $150 and varies depending on size, weight, and destination. Buyer is responsible for purchasing shipping insurance in case damage occurs. MoonFlower Thrifts is not responsible for furniture damage caused by shipping carriers.

CLOTHING + HOME GOODS SHIPPING

Most non-furniture items are available to be shipped anywhere within the U.S. Shipping is typically a flat rate of $10 unless the item is very small, very large, fragile, heavy, or part of a bundle. Bundled orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates.

PROCESSING TIME:

Non-furniture items are typically shipped within 1 week of purchase. Tracking and insurance will be included when applicable.
