This genuine vintage mid century 1960s lowboy dresser is in excellent condition! It was made by Kent Coffey for their Tableau line. Very highly sought-after piece! Easily worth $3500+
It has just been fully refinished! The stain is even & vibrant throughout. It is made with solid wood (very heavy) and a walnut veneer. The top of the dresser is the only part that is a laminate, not wood. We can replace the top and put a walnut veneer instead (that matches the body) - for an additional cost!
It has 9 drawers that all open and close perfectly. We just sanded the inside of the drawers so they are very clean and good as new. Original gold metal drawer pulls. No wobbles, very sturdy piece!
Although we refinished it - it was very loved & lived many lives! It was painted grey when we found it, and it also seemingly was refinished once before it was painted. So there are some remnants of its previous life and previous refinishing job. small, deep-set scratches here and there. Some corners were chipped that were repaired, general wear on edges, etc. nothing major but many minor flaws. All of these things give it cute, vintage character in my opinion! Still a gorgeous, very functional piece.
